Abdel-Rahman Aly

Dr. Aly received his medical degree from Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt in 2003, followed by Internship training and initial training in Orthopedic Surgery. He completed his training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) at the University of Saskatchewan in 2014. He is a certified PM&R specialist through the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Alberta.

Dr. Aly completed his Canadian Society of Clinical Neurophysiologists (CSCN) Diplomate in Electrodiagnostic and certified as a Registered in Musculoskeletal Ultrasonography (RMSK) through the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) in 2014. He also completed his certification for fluoroscopy guided intervention through College of Physician and Surgeon of Alberta (CPSA) in 2015 and holds a Certified Independent Medical Examiner (CIME) through the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners (ABIME) and Certified Examiner with the CPSA.

Dr. Aly’s clinical practice includes EMG, Fluoroscopy guided spine intervention, Ultrasound guided musculoskeletal intervention and Independent Medical Examination.
